Availability of 3 Path Lab/1 CT Scan/1 X-ray, 1 Sonography/1 Radiologist in all district place & same as Metro City.
Yearly 1 Free Visit of Metro City clinics/Hospitals & 2 Free Visit of District or Tahsil Hospitals /Clinics.
Sewarth Medicals Available in every district & Metro City.
Yearly 0 Free Health check at Tie-up Metro City/ Hospitals.
Ambulance Services on Call as per timely arrangements in good rates
If Child Added – 2 Child Pediatrics Hospital in Metro City & 2 for district
If others Added same service added for each persons.
Health Help Package- Single Person/ Gold Card

Yearly 3 Free Visit of Metro City clinics/Hospitals & 4 Free Visit of District or Tahsil Hospitals /Clinics.
